*CANCELLATION POLICY*: All appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 48 business hours notice to prevent a charge for the session. This is to give us time to invite people from the waitlist to take your spot. Thank you so much. Also, please note that the above cancellation policies do not apply to illness.
No Shows
In the case of two consecutive no-shows, all future sessions with your therapist will be cancelled. We anticipate your intention is to terminate therapy, so future appointment times will be offered to the next client on the waiting list. If you prefer to not terminate future sessions, please speak to your therapist about paying the owing cancellation fee(s) and resuming counselling.
