At Charis Counselling, our goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. Let us help transform your hardship into peace and balance.

Charis (Greek: Χάρις): a state of grace

Charis Counselling would like to acknowledge and give thanks to the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit who have lived on and cared for these lands for generations. We respect the histories, languages, and cultures of the many diverse Indigenous people who influence our vibrant community and are dedicated to honoring all acts of reconciliation.
